Overview: Parrot Digigraphic, Ltd. is immediately seeking a proactive inside Sales Associate to join its team of dynamic sales professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads and aggressively prospecting new business while servicing and maintaining an assigned territory of existing customers. This position requires excellent communication and telesales skills, the ability to work creatively and cooperatively in a team environment, and a willingness to learn Parrot’s products and sales methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Parrot’s sales line and handle incoming calls promptly
- Qualify incoming leads and follow up to close new business
- Outbound prospecting within an assigned territory to generate new business
- Increase sales by managing and up-selling existing territory accounts
- Meet assigned sales quotas and other goals
- Learn and sell consumables, hardware, software, and other products of Parrot and the digital fine art industry
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus
- Proactive and goal driven
- Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multi-task with a detail-oriented focus
- Ability to work independently and also as a team member
- Full time – 40 hours per week
